Sometimes, neck pain is caused by injury from a fall, contact sports, or whiplash. The bones, ligaments, and muscles of your neck support your head and allow for motion. Any abnormalities, inflammation, or injury can cause neck pain or stiffness.

These are just some of the reasons why you are suffering with Neck and Upper Back Pain.

I believe that Massage is the greatest solution to eliminate the more common neck and upper back pain problems and to reduce the pain for the more serious concerns. The majority of people I see for Neck and Upper Back Pain have had it building up for a very long time. By the time the individual comes in, the muscles that the pain is coming from are deep. It does not mean that those muscles cannot get back to optimal health, it simply means it will take more time to do so.  All of my clients have felt immediate relief after just one session and continued to get better after each subsequent treatment thereafter.

Severe throbbing pain, headaches and unable to move neck and head into full range of motion (ROM).
