Sometimes, neck pain is caused by injury from a fall, contact sports, or whiplash. The bones, ligaments, and muscles of your neck support your head and allow for motion. Any abnormalities, inflammation, or injury can cause neck pain or stiffness.
These are just some of the reasons why you are suffering with Neck and Upper Back Pain.
- All day at a computer
- Poor posture
- Looking at down at the cell phone too much
- Sleeping wrong
- Normal wear and tear
- Overuse in one form or another
I believe that Massage is the greatest solution to eliminate the more common neck and upper back pain problems and to reduce the pain for the more serious concerns. The majority of people I see for Neck and Upper Back Pain have had it building up for a very long time. By the time the individual comes in, the muscles that the pain is coming from are deep. It does not mean that those muscles cannot get back to optimal health, it simply means it will take more time to do so. All of my clients have felt immediate relief after just one session and continued to get better after each subsequent treatment thereafter.
Severe throbbing pain, headaches and unable to move neck and head into full range of motion (ROM). One or combination of any of these are the most common complaints when I deal with Neck and Upper Back Pain. I will show you stretches and explain how to either eliminate or reduce any further pain in the future.
I encourage you to contact me at your earliest convenience to schedule an appointment either by phone or email.
I have been suffering from chronic neck pain for quite some time. Wayne does an amazing job with massage therapy to loosen my muscles and get me to completely relax. I have had several massages over the years, but Wayne definitely has been the only one I would ever write a public review on. I am so happy to see such a difference in my neck and flexibility. Thank you soooo much!!!!!!!

I’ve never emailed a massage therapist the day after a massage, but you deserve a THANK YOU! I was in significant pain that I had been living with for months. I had begun treatment for my shoulder with Physical Therapy and Acupuncture, both were helping but not reaching my pain. Having never met me before, you were determined to release my severe knots to allow circulation to return to my shoulder and neck affected muscles.
After your detailed pressure point massage and advice for aftercare (Epsom salt bath, hydrate, and icing shoulder) I FEEL AMAZING!!!
Thank you for spending the extra time to really discover and release the source of my shoulder neck pain. I believe my shoulder/neck can now effectively begin to heal with the cooperation of Massage, Physical Therapy and Acupuncture.
Thank you, Thank you!!
